It’s facing one of most central cycling tracks os lisbon, near Marques de Pombal but in the upscale neighbourhood of Avenidas Novas / called uptown / Campo Pequeno where streets wide and flat and there is no coblestone or trams, which means there is more silence in the street.

We wish to make a minimum contract of 3 to 5 years. It can be rented out with or without furniture. We have moved to the countryside and would love to rent this flat to someone who will take care of it like us.
Portuguese law says you have to make 1/3 of the contract.
We want 4 rents damage deposit, + 1 rent of the contracted month + 1 rent of the last month.
The renting will be done through our ltd company invoice.
