Hello fellow Expats,
We landed in a situation where we bought an apartment from an unscrupulous property developer and there are many defects.
We needed an engineer's report to document all the defects.
Through someone else on this site, we were fortunately recommended to Stabil Engineers, and the guy who works in Lisbon has been helping us.
He has been an angel - not only charging us the same fees as everyone else, but reviewing builder quotes, finding cheaper and better materials, sourcing good, and lower price builders for us, totally patient with every new defect that materialised, quick to respond, highly professional.
He has gone above and beyond the standard engineer's role - not once - many times.
