Does anyone know where I could hire a self drive cherry picker/raised platform lift . I am Alvaiazere central Portugal. I need it to paint a difficult an inaccessible part of a house.

Be aware that most operators of such equipment, plus earthmoving gear here in Portugal must have completed an official operators & H&S training course.
Is this specific to the vehicle or does training on other similar Hi lift vehicles sufficient.
