Hello again,

We have a shower and hand basin in our AL rental apartment in Lisbon that does not drain...new build and long story.

The property management company hasn't taken any preventative action for mould / mildew and I'm trying to do some intensive cleaning while I'm in town.

I have used the mould / mildew remover product available here in Portugal (pictured) and scrubbed a great deal, but it doesn't seem to be coming off.

Do I need to call a professional company in to remove it and does anyone have any recommendations for mould / mildew specialists in the Lisbon area (Santa Caterina / Chiado / Cais do Sodre area)?
