All of these were bred in captivity, and come with CITIES paperwork (proving they are legal, and were bred in captivity). It is perfectly legal to keep here in Portugal, but you need the paperwork, I would supply with the tortoise.

Also young Testudo hermanni born here in 2009. €80 each. I have a few, and I could better price if anybody wants more than one.
These live outdoors year round, and any potential owner needs a large outside enclosed area for them, away from dogs and other potential predators. I can supply photos if anybody is seriously interested. I am happy to answer questions about the care of these, if anybody wants any advice. Though I would hope anybody thinking of these would do some research first.
