OK my favourite breakfast.
Poached eggs on Toast. You need an egg poacher or it won't work.
Get your egg poacher it has to be a poacher not a pan you put water in and drop the egg in.
In each of the little poaching pots add a little butter to stop the egg from sticking. Now add the egg and it must be a medium egg not a large egg or it won't work. Now add a chunk of the best Cheese you have in your fridge. I use extra mature Cheddar from Asda but the Cheedar from Lidl is very good.
When ready add your poached eggs to your fresh bread.
Eat and enjoy.
