Hello,

Does anyone know any company that deals with cork tree harvesting?

Based in Castelo Branco area.

Thank you in advance

can only suggest you ask at your local agricultural merchants, I had (many many years ago a few cork trees  on my land) - the cork has to be harvested carefully as it can damage the tree. Sad to say the rate of return for my cork was like another agri crop - peanuts 😒

@martin On yesterday's news, Corticeira Amorim´s first quarter profits were up 18% to 23.8 M€. 😉

Have personnal knowledge on that, but a web search brought these results:

https://empresite.jornaldenegocios.pt/Sector/A02300/concelho/CASTELO-BRANCO/

Of those businesses, #1 and #4 are very recent, #5 is apparently experienced (many years in the business)

@ria-2 Hope you noticed my mistake, as I was supposed to have written "I have NO personnal knowledge...".
