We are trying to gauge interest and will take it from there. The first one will be in April. We will work around the Porto monthly meetup dates. We will do one of the options below for April and the other for May based on feedback. These will be outside and weather permitting but the weather is already permitting so April and May should not be a problem.
We have two locations picked out based on our experience with them.
One is located in Parque Eduardo VII at Central Parque "Quiosque Beca Beca" https://goo.gl/maps/xV9zSaZveuGESpUA6 We go there a couple of times a week and the staff are really on top of things. They have a kid's playground right there if anyone is bringing children. Estufa Fria "Botanical garden" is right there as well.
The other location is in Jardim Dom Luis at Quiosque do Cais https://goo.gl/maps/GvgbLjuxB45ZgP2B6 They have really good homemade iced tea. They have a kid's playground as well. You are right in the middle of everything here. Take in a walk along the Tagus.

My preference would go for the "Beca Beca", in terms of location (more central).
@antonio_f What would be a good day of the week and time for you? We haven't seen you in person since O'Gilins and that must have been almost a year ago. We agree on "Beca Beca" so that will be the location. We just had lunch there. Our usual ham and cheese toasta with homemade chips. The artisanal bread is fantastic. The staff all know us and are really the nicest people.

We ran into another expat yesterday in the most unexpected location and invited him and his wife to the meetup in April. They have been here for over three years I believe. We were eating in one of those below street level alleys at an amazing Portuguese restaurant called A Zona. I think we surprised him when we called out Joric. He has a YouTube channel with informative travel advice and Portugal advice especially concerning Lisbon. We always send links to his advice on the Lisbon airport to anyone traveling here.
