Seems appropriate given that covid is raging here in the United (LOL) States, and also that the USA never allowed travel into it from our European friends.

@jgibson I read a bit ago that even if the EU bans travelers from the USA, the individual nations may not do so. As usual, just gonna have to be patient and see it plays out. Sigh.

@ralf So glad my wife and I were able to make the trip this summer now we are convinced that we are ready to move forward with our D7 I hope that Ericj can get over and have the same opportunity

Not fair!  Covid is not 'raging' at all in my part of the country.  We Americans are all getting tarred with a Florida brush.

It could be that we're being "softened up" for the next phase of lockdowns, which could start in October, for us in Europe.

From I can see of the situation in the USA, Florida is no worse than California, just that they are in different phases.

@tygger  FL, CA, yes, but I live in the north. Our state politicians are not quite as off the wall as some of them down South. Vax % much better. And no mobile morgue trucks parked around here.
