Oh my word, those are amazing photos. I thought we were having it bad, but that is something else altogether. Hope for some dry weather soon.

Some really good picture's Nick. I don't seem to be able to find many picture's of benavente which is near us and acres of land is flooded, but here is a link to pictures from all over really is shocking.

Yeah I can imagine it's pretty bad in Benavente. Is the bridge flooded? We're a bit up from there, on the other side of the river opposite Muge. Our village is okay but we're cut off from the north, Cartaxo etc. I think it'll be okay again by tomorrow though.

Yeah Nick the bridge has been shut today i managed to get over yesturday only just though the water was just coming over the sides, very scary as im not used to this even coming from wales. Mind you we lived up a mountain
