Does anyone know who I can complain to about a particular telecoms company?

Is there the equivalent of OFTEL in Portugal that anyone is aware of?

I have to leave, otherwise I will rant...

Thanks,
Emma.

Thanks guys. Whatever happened to customer service? Did it die a horrid death at the hands of the corporates?

I have just spoken to my friend and she said that she thinks that you have to be a member to use them. She knows that they carry out tests on products and services and point out faults or illegalities, but whether they take on complaints and resolve issues, she is not sure. It seems that they just simply carry out their investigations and then report. She said if she gets time she will try to look into it.

Looks like my chum has come up with the goods. :D Seems like there is a body called ANACOM.

http://www.anacom.pt/

Bottom left on home page is "Formulário para Reclamações" (complaint form). If you click on that you get this:

There is also an English version should anyone wish.

Happy Ranting!!
