You are a bit further north than i am and friends here with a 1.8m dish can get all UK Sky channels. I don't have details of the type of receiver box they have.

Plenty of receivers available here & UK depends on whether you want to record or not, generally cheaper in UK.
Sensible 
first to check you have line of sight at 28.4E and can get a signal of sufficient quality for Astra at your location
