We hear English spoken more often in Caldas da Rainha and São Martinho do Porto than in Lisbon. Definitely a lot of expats there.

We are new to this area although we have been in Portugal for 18 years and now live in Quinta Bom Sucesso the south side of the lagoon and as of February we will be delighted to meetup. We also have an Austrialian family next door but two.
