British here, what kind of visa to work as freelance English teacher?

I have 7 years of teaching experience form when I lived in Madrid, Spain.

Id like to move to Lisboa, Portugal this summer and start teaching private tuition, I actually have enough savings/investments to live off, but would like to do some part time hours teaching English.

I think D2 is the digital nomad Visa, and D7 is based on savings/investments (which i may qualify for)
But I'd really like to keep things simple, and get a VISA based on working as an English teacher, through classes I can organise myself  -Which visa would I need?
