Hi Everyone

i wish to ensure i get a 2 year residency permit when i go for my SEF appointment in July. Please advise if having a 12 month rental agreement will ensure this or will i need a 2 year lease agreement? Any other crucial elements i will appreciate. A friend of mine was given 6 months and i need 2 years.
