We're planning our move next year and working to get our ducks in a row.  Do we need to maintain a US mailing address for banks, government, etc.?  If so, how have you done it?  Thank you for your advice.

Hi. We haven’t moved here yet but we are on an extended scouting trip. We signed up for travelingmailbox.com and could not be happier.  They will forward mail to a relative and even can forward a check via certified mail to your bank to have it deposited. The last part I was really skeptical of but I has worked. Pretty reasonable and the addresses they provide are in most major cities.otherwise everything else is either scanned and you can download or shredded.

@kkcwalton of course. There are a few different services. Google best digital mailbox and a few nomad focused reviews come up comparing the top 5ish. Gene

We have a PO Box in the states that a friend checks. It's worked out nicely.

Yes. We're using https://www.usglobalmail.com - they will receive and scan our mail for us and can also ship boxes to us if we need it.
