I have been trying to contact remax from the UK but I am not getting any reply from them. Is this the normal thing for them. Or do I need someone in pt. A solicitor or someone working on my behalf,
If the contact has been made by e-mail, it is possible that happened.

@antonio_f yes I did contact remax by the estate agents email and the shop in Castelo branco, I will check the business directory,
Email is to me a practical means of communication, but I've kind of given up on it here, because I never get any response. There's a lot of "whatsapp" phone application, and if you want to get in on that as a way to send text (and other things), I think you can tell whether your recipient is accessible that way.
