Our neighbours are selling their house/land. I checked with a local friend on Portuguese law as was expecting that I would receive a letter giving me the option to buy at any offer made. A little of our discussion I fear was lost in translation, but he said that that law didn’t count with an urban article (only with rustic) and both mine and the neighbours is apparently urban so doesn’t count. But?…. Both my property and the neighbours compromises both articles as contain both house and some acres of land survey ??!? Any guidance on this would be appreciated as would want to lose this opportunity but currently it is massively over priced so don’t think I can put an offer in even if I wanted to… I hope that all makes sense
