Hi all,
Forgive if I'm dredging up old questions. But we are negotiating with an architect and saw the contract.Appears to be a lot of extras that we certainly don't need help with.Ok, we are ok with the survey depicting where the protected water/creek area is but they offered an architectural survey of the existing buildings, our buildings are just farm shack stuff which are allowed(according to our attorney),why waste euros.
Anyway, not to further bore you all, is there a site that we can look closely at to see what the actual law requires? Then we can get rid of the excess and negotiate wisely.
I'd gladly forward the proposal to someone who'd like to help us out. This house will be a small energy efficient u-shaped home with large covered patio...not the Taj Mahal.
OH is a licensed builder in the states(we're aware that things are very different here and respect that) but we are use to visualizing and planning/drawing up homes.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks everyone,
Linda and Russ
