Hi all, just wanted to gauge if anyone on this forum has bought a preconstructed flat/home and had a move-in delivery date that was on time? If not, how much longer was the delay?

Ours would be due 10/2025 which is quite some time from now, but I want to build a realistic expectation when it would be ready. I've made up 01/2026 in my mind to anticipate building delays, but this is not based on any reality or someone else's experience.
