What do you mean by shell? Just the liner? Or hole, liner and associated pipework and machinery? Also what size of pool?

Hi Simon, by shell I mean the hole, concrete and reinforcing,
brickwork and possibly guniting. No liner or pipework. As Im doing an ECO pool the pool swimming area is 3,5 x 5 and then the surrounding area which is concrete work as well. Another company will quote on the liner and pipework, sand,planting of plants etc for the natural water filtration. Hope that helps.

Don't you mean 2 pools, as 1 is the swimming area and other as a filtration area, I would go to a specialist or have detailed plans of your requirements, as it is not normal pool construction, pipework even for an ECO pool has to be planned into contruction.
If your useing 2 different contractors they need to work in unison on this type of project.
It would be far easier to have a liner pool specialist build both pools to required sizes, pipework and levels, and then the specialist to come in with "sand,planting of plants etc for the natural water filtration "
