Are there websites like Zoopla in Portugal? In particular I want to find out what price properties have been sold for close by to us.
I've been looking for this for some time but there does not seem to be an equivalent. We work with an Estate Agent and they knew of nothing similar. There is a web site that can only be accessed by estate agents ( I think ) that shows sold prices but this is the advertised price not the actual price.
If you use imovirtual.com, you can see in the bottom the average price per property and per square meter in that location. This average regards only to the properties being sold/rented in the website.
