Hello all. I'm afraid I have joined your forum to ask for some advice and I hope someone can help.
I have a capital tax gains bill to pay from the sale of my mother's house. I am in the UK and do not have a Portuguese bank account, therefore my only option appears to be an international bank transfer.
This is fine, however the ATA require the TIN no. my NIF and the payment reference number are all included with the transfer. Lloyds and Santander only allow 35 characters so I can't fit the information in.
Does anyone have an idea how I can pay my tax bill?
