Hello community! Would love a recommendation for some hired help - agency or individual: My husband and I just bought a house in Sintra (yay!), and we plan to live in London most of the year. While we learn Portuguese we are interested in hiring someone part time in Lisbon this year to help us mediate and manage some projects to get our house up and running as a short term rental property. Projects include finding and managing contractors for upgrades, helping us appeal to get power lines buried, getting it in shape and approved to be a rental, etc. Love any advice, recommendations or referrals, thanks!

Hello. Have you tried posting in the Sintra expats group on Facebook? It’s called expats living in and around Sintra. They frequently have queries for housekeeping help etc and they would have good local knowledge. (I’m not a huge fan of Facebook or Meta for that matter, but the expat community seems to use it a great deal.) We are also looking in Sintra so we will keep our ears open for suggestions for you! @chelsea There's also a company in Lisbon called Made in Portugal, who assess, construct / repair, furnish and manage rental properties.  I have no experience with them but I've seen them on Expats Everywhere videos.  You might want to check them out.  Good luck!
