Hello,
On Feb 23 I received an email from SEF stating that non-EU family members can now register to get their new residence permit cards. There was a link to the Brexit website to complete the online form. I did this for my wife (Japanese), who carries the green residency card, and, as half expected, a message popped up saying she didn't exist in the system. There was an email address in the message to say to write to.
So I wrote an email with all the details. 3 weeks later I've received no reply, not even a confirmation of receipt. I'm wondering if I should send another email.
Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
Update: Still no reply from SEF. Trying to call their Brexit line just comes up "Line busy" at all times. Anyone else in the same boat?
