Hey Gang,
Being one of the "unlucky" souls who live out west and will have to go to an in person interview in San Fran for the D7 i'm trying to find current information regarding proof of income. Specifically, how far back do VFS/SEF need to see your bank statements showing your passive income? 3mos? 6mos?

I am curious about this also. I live in Alaska, so San Francisco is my designated site also.
We provided investing and bank statements for two months for our visit to SFO. The appointment itself took about 15-20 minutes as they walk through the list of documents and you present the ones you have prepared.
These clerks then pass along the documents to the folks who issue the visas and the process took about 4 weeks after the appointment. Good luck!

@jeffjackson Gilda answered this question on Monday. They look back at 3mos of bank statements and income. Just what I needed to know.
