Lei 23-A/2022 was published yesterday which amends Article 16 of Lei 10-A/2020.
Basically documents and visas authorising anyone's presence in Portugal that expired in the 15 days before today, or are due to expire after today, have had their validity extended to 30th June 2022 (and beyond if an appointment has been scheduled for the renewal).

Just to clarify, my Visa expires on the 7th but my appointment is on the 15th of March...
When I translated the document it covers for those who have documentation expiring with 15 days from the amendment which will be the 5th of March

Yes, it applies to documents that expired 15 days before the law was published and documents that expire after the law was published, and you have an appointment scheduled so you're more than covered by it.
