Hi everyone, we are a family of 4 from California looking for a rental for our D7 VFS Appointment. We are using Ei! to help with our visas and casaportuguesa.com.pt to help find a place, but as you all know anything on idealista/Supercasa/imovirtual.com is available now and gets picked up as soon as it hits the market. Our VFS appointment is only at the end of May so I thought of putting some feelers to see if some stars can align 🙂
Perhaps someone needs a rental contract to take over, or you just bought a place and only need tennants after the summer in the Setubal/Sesimbra/Palmela area. We are flexible with the start date but later the better. We will pay 6 months in advance rent and Carolina from Casa portuguesa will facilitate all the admin like contracts and communication etc. Any suggestions or recommendations will be highly appreciated 🌼
Requirements:
Area: Anything between Sesimbra/Setubal/Palmela Triangle
Furnished
T2 minimum
2 adults, 2 tween boys, 2 small dogs
Budget: €1500-€3000 (can go higher if the start date is later)
