I have been registered in Portugal for 5.5 years on my UK passport, did the Brexit temp certificate, and had my appointment with SEF recently for getting the new card.
I then paid the €15 online, got a receipt and am waiting patiently for the new card to turn up.
I logged in again to the SEF brexit portal today just to check if there were any issues, and noticed it said "Start date of residency: xx/11/2022" - which was the date I had my SEF Brexit card biometrics appointment.
Logically with that wording it should say the date I moved to Portugal 5.5 years ago.
I'm worried they have wiped out my residency on their system obviously...
I'd appreciate anybody that has had their Brexit card appointment logging in to check on their details page if that date field says when they came to Portugal or when they had their appointment, thanks!
