In April 2022 will take place a run/walk for peace [Corrida pela Paz (caminhada e corrida – 5 Km)], FREE, but people can donate food or other goods that will be forwarded to social solidarity institutions.
They will take place at:
- Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor – April 9 at 15h30
- Faro: April 9 at 17h00 (soon)
- Leça da Palmeira – Matosinhos: April 10 at 10h00
You'll have to fill in a form. Go to https://beactiveportugal.ipdj.pt/corrida-pela-paz-9-e-10-de-abril-de-2022/ (all in portuguese) and then to the link corresponding to the nearest location.
1st page: choose "Inscrever" (=register)
2nd page: mark "Inscrição individual" and "Seguinte" (=Next) at the bottom
3rd page: choose "5K corrida" (=5km race) or "5K caminhada" (5Km walk)
4th page: insert how many tickets (people) you need and click "Adicionar"
5th page: fill in the form and click "Seguinte" (=Next)
6th and 7th pages: click "Seguinte"
8th page: fill in the form, mark "LI e aceito as condições gerais" and click "Continuar"
You'll receive the tickets in your e-mail, allowing you to pick up your race/walk number and take part in it.
They suggest using a white t-shirt for the race/walk.
